Cons:
Management and super take days to respond if at all.
Advice to owner:
Communicate with tenants about ongoing issues, keep them up to date on progress

Good building tons of pests

Pros:
Laundry in building, great location
Cons:
Roaches and mice in my apartment. I had to pay for monthly pest control myself and even then the roach and mice situation was out of control inside my apartment. I couldn’t even keep food inside the fridge
Advice to owner:
Get pest control
