great connectivity, amenities, community events

Pros

- right on top of subway, EMR great manhattan - 5 min walk to NW 7 G - great in building gym and pool - nice community events - doorman - responsive maintainence

Cons

- lic is sterile - when exiting the building, the NW trains go overhead and are quite loud - amtrak rail yard on back side has bright lights, need blackout curtains, and you may here the bells ringing - in the junior suites, the common/middle area doesn't have AC/heat - long elevator queues on weekends and peak hours
