Pros:
Elevator & Laundry
Cons:
Lobby & door looks very inexpensive
Exterior looks bad & dirty
Laundry Rm doesn’t get cleaned enough
Bathrooms are OLD
Advice to owner:
Take better care of bldg. make it look like you put money into it.

Having an elevator when it actually worked
Cons:
Horrible management company. Liked my apartment but the building wasn’t all that great and management was the worst I’ve ever had. Heat never worked not quick hot water broken elevator for months and rude rude rude management useless super
Advice to owner:
Don’t be rude and unwilling to work with your tenants cause you only push them away especially during a pandemic
