Nice enough place, depends on neighbors

Pros

Huge apartment. One apartment per floor so you have a lot of living space in addition to bedrooms and kitchen. Online portal for bill paying, requests, and documents.

Cons

Walls are thin and ceilings / floors creak a lot and let through a lot of noise. First floor has a backyard, second floor has one balcony and third floor has no outside space. Garbage wasn’t always taken care of quickly.

Great management company

Pros

McNorm was super responsive and quick. When any issues arose they sent someone to fix it within a day or two. The building was secure and the neighbors were all friendly.

Cons

Occasionally when the exterminator came the hallway would be filled with dead roaches.
