Nice building, until something breaks
Pros
The building is on first view nice. Elevator, virtual door man, package room, roof, gym, theater, central ac, bright big rooms.
Cons
The basement smells of mold and theyve just painted over it. The washing machines are constantly out of order, with no notice. The building is humid which explains the mold smell, but nothing done to fix it. The package room is nice to have, but people steal packages. Literally the bare minimum is done to uphold the building. Weights from the gym are stolen, the gym has no air circulation but a box fan, and the rec room table is split in half. Its laughable.
