Great apartment kept up well

Pros

Great apartment with friendly and very responsive live-in superintendent as well as management company. Large-sized kitchens. Lots of closet space

Cons

The heat is strong in the winter and the apartment can get too warm.

Well managed building overall good experience

Pros

The super Zijad is phenomenal. Takes pride in the building and runs a tight ship. Keeps common areas clean and very responsive to tenant requests. Also very good at keeping package deliveries in the package closet shortly after they arrive.

Cons

Had a rodent situation that was finally solved after two attempts to seal the apartment. Third avenue is very loud and there’s an ambulance at least 1-2 times an hour during the evening. Also, the AC units are placed in the middle of the wall. Not very aesthetic.
