The building itself has several issues, including poor soundproofing between apartments, drafty windows that need replacing, and a kitchen and bathroom that are in need of renovation. Separately, Angela shows little regard for tenants’ rights or her legal obligations. Communication is poor, and maintenance issues often go unresolved for long periods. She tends to respond only when she needs something herself, often rudely. She shows little consideration for her tenants and appears primarily motivated by greed, raising rents at every opportunity. I would not recommend renting from her.
