Things were falling apart often but it is a good location, safe neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good lighting in rooms, good location, okay space, safe neighborhood
Cons:
Everything was falling apart, the bathroom cabinet fell, very creaky floors, heating barely worked, bedroom door didn't close, very loud ambulances and trucks

Former Tenant
Pros:
no pests, only 6 units, not too loud, great location
Cons:
