Good co-op building, could use more hallway cleaning & maintenance

Hallways are not cleaned regularly, there have been multiple instances of dead cockroaches in the hallway that sit there for weeks or months before being cleaned

Honestly the best NYC apartment I've lived in so far

Pros

I love this building. The super is beyond fantastic which has taken a huge weight of responsibility off my shoulders. Anytime I need something fixed, the super is extremely responsive within minutes. He is always on top of maintaining building cleanliness and repairs as well. He's amazing. I live on the 1st floor and love how quiet the street is during most hours of the day/night. We are always notified in advance if the hot water is going to be shut off (which rarely happens). The apartment building is not luxury by any means, but it has everything I need and is a good price for what I get. Best apartment I've had in NYC by far!

Cons

The only complaint I would have is that my apartment tends to get cold very easily. The heat does not kick on as often as I feel it should.

Advice to the owners

Repair the heat but that's all :)
