Management generally difficult to get in touch with. Superintendent has turtles in lobby that make entire building smell.

Bird sound from back yard

Cons

Weird smell from first floor and staircase. So disgusting. Water leaked from ceiling. Terrible.

You should better change or tell your advisor about this smell. It all comes from his house
