Reviews

Former tenant·9 minutes ago

Good place to live

Pros

Great management, clean building, responsive with issues

Cons

Can hear noise from the bar below the building frequently, but that's part of living above a bar

Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

Well managed but painfully loud

Pros

The landlords are reasonable and the super takes care of issues promptly. Never had issues with package theft even though there are lots of people milling around all the time.

Cons

The apartments are unbearably loud which makes sense since they are above a bar and next to a bar and on second avenue. There’s nothing that can be done about it. The worst noise is from trucks going down second avenue late at night. There a drunk people fighting outside frequently.
