Good safe building

Pros:
Great building, clean and well maintained. Located near Q and 6 line. Quiet street with minimal traffic. Close to a Starbucks and grocery store. Decent laundry room.
Cons:
Not handicap accessible. Also, sometimes some of the washer machines breakdown, and aren’t fixed timely.

Keep up the great work

Pros:
The super is very responsive, on site and helpful. The owner of the building plays an active roll in making sure tenants are all happy.
Cons:
Can't really think of anything except maybe to update the payment system
Advice to owner:
Keep up the good work

Pros:
The overall building is nice and the location is quiet. A few doormen are nice and pleasant and they make sure you get your packages.
Cons:
Management is quite bad. They pick and choose who to help and they will make you feel as if you did something wrong - Rico Williams is a disgusting individual who has no care for tenants.
Advice to owner:
Hire new people.
