Pros

super convenient location and access to subway. newly renovated and in unit washer and dryer. water pressure is nice and heat is good. nice frontdesk

Cons

It's getting super expensive now, when i moved in during 2023, I got a 1b for around 4500. but right now they are renting out studio for that price. gym is tiny and amenity fee is mandatory. a lot extra charges this year, water, sewer, amenity fees, package room hours is somewhat inconvient since they close at 3 on weekend and 7 during weekdays.

Nice and clean but long elevator lines

Pros

They are very responsive and try to help. Fixing issues quickly

Cons

Not enough elevators and if one is out (happens less often now but still more than it should) there is a long wait. A little on the pricy side
