Pros:
Nice neighborhood, accessible to a lot of places, close to both 1 and A trains, still in Manhattan.
Cons:
Getting apartment issues fixed in a timely manner, management, Marcos (Super) unless you’re the man of the house he won’t listen.
Advice to owner:
Be more involved.
