Cockroaches, staged pictures, general uncleanliness.

Pros:
It was close the park which provided a nice view and good walks.
Cons:
The building had roaches, the amenities in the listing where pretty half assed.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of the bugs.

Decent apartment complex

Pros:
- location is great, close to stores and subway
- not super loud but depends on neighbors
- trash is taken out weekly
Cons:
- not the best construction
- difficult to install internet, find an apt with it already installed

Horrible, poorly run slumlord

Walking distance to Central Park and subway
Cons:
Appliances break regularly and management is completely unresponsive.

Pros:
Good neighborhood, ok in terms of maintenance responsiveness, pets ok
Cons:
Random things broken, ie shower. Never fixed. Takes very long time to address issues
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive and faster to tenants maintenance requests
