Nice front desk 24 hr live in super Super close to everything Very clean and prestige

Sometimes elevator would be out of service so only one for the whole building Water pressure is not great Co-ops have a lot of rules and fees when moving in

Pros

Well run and maintained building. In the park which is amazing. Nice staff.

Cons

Too far from subway! Don’t love walking under the overpass during a rain storm. Rents are high.
