Historic building with charm and character - perfect location.
Cons
Landlord is cheap and does not maintain the apartment, so it is falling apart - and for the price charged for rent, the property should be maintained and the landlord should pay the people he hires to work on the apartments.

dirty entryway, old stairs that make so much noise throughout the apt, awful bass playing chain smoking downstairs neighbor that will never move out and a landlord who will NOT return your security deposit and take all your money. whatever you do, run away. do not rent here.
