Below market for a reason
Pros
Shared backyard, shared rooftop, big windows
Cons
Hard water, toilet constantly clogging, pipe burst on the first floor, location near the grand L station is not the greatest. With the exception of Grimm Brewery and Late Night Deli, you have to walk a good ten minutes to feel near anything. Kind of dead and not as vibrant as the heart of Bushwick or Williamsburg

Absolutely awful, not worth it.
Pros
I had a gorgeous apartment.
Cons
Management not only doesn’t care, but will do things to harm you. Doesn’t fix anything. Rats, roaches, etc I also had an electrical fire and they did nothing, didn't even send a real electrician.
Advice to the owners
Start acting like humans
