While some appreciate the prompt responsiveness of management and value the central Manhattan locations and friendly neighbors, maintenance and cleanliness remain persistent issues. Poorly Managed / Bad Experience

Pros

Location. Updates. Friendly neighbors.

Cons

Absolutely filthy. You can hear the bar downstairs until 4 am. Fly infestation. Old/moldy light fixtures and shower. Building lobby is disgusting and has not been updated in 50 years. Buzzer do not work so packages get left on the street and stolen.
