Overpriced and poorly managed

I would not recommend this apartment. The building looks nice in photos, but in reality it’s poorly maintained. The hallways constantly smell, the elevators break down, and management is completely unresponsive to issues. On top of that, the rent is way too high for what you actually get. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Not bad but you can do better

Pros

Great location, the super is pretty responsive and maintenance requests are taken seriously

Cons

Pretty thin walls especially in the bathrooms. Also no vents in the bathroom! Laundry machines also have broken down in past and some have the potential to ruin your clothes

Advice to the owners

Please put vents/ air filtration in the bathroom and add soundproofing. Clean the laundry machines!
