Pros:
Solid location 2 mins from graham L stop. Lively neighborhood but quiet. Great food options nearby. Solid price, good size rooms and huge private patio for ground floor.
Cons:
There is no dishwasher. No windows in the living room so no natural light. The in suite bathroom is really small. There is also poor air circulation which makes it feel stuffy. Small kitchen counter space.
