Nothing good about this place.
Cons
No heat or insulation in my apartment or the others that have not been renovated. You would be warmer sleeping in your car. Nasty janitor named Patricia S. insults, curses and yells at senior citizen tenants with cataracts and hearing loss who call 311 to make a heat complaint, if you can’t hold a door open long for her or move to slow due to elderly physical slowness. She even expects you to bring other tenants parcel packages inside the building. Some tenants in this dump will say “what the f.. are you looking at expletive” as if your on a NYC subway train and not a residence with educated respectful tenants… if you call the so-called management office you will have some untrained/unprofessional person named Henry tell you “don’t do anything” not sure what that even means he doesn’t even have the common sense to know he’s talking to a senior citizen they personnel, etc. don’t even have the education to know what elder abuse is. P.S. forget about parking none!!
Advice to the owners
Advise your tenants and/or janitor to take their issues up with your so called management office as they clearly know cursing, threatening, etc fellow residents is harassment or they would be talking to the management office.
