Love unlocking the door from my phone
Pros
Small thing, but the app-based door access is genuinely one of my favorite features here. No keys to lose, no lockout panic. The maintenance team has also been fast every time I've needed them - real efficiency, no delays. The rooms are a good size, the AC works well, and the laundry setup is convenient.
Cons
For the price and flexibility, this is hard to beat in New York. Would absolutely recommend.
Great Support from Start to Finish

Did a lot of research before committing to Outpost and was a bit anxious going into it. My sales rep was brilliant - responded to every message within minutes, never made me feel like a burden for asking questions, and helped me find a room that actually matched what I was looking for. The booking itself was straightforward and transparent. I'm in this apartment now and it's exactly as described. Strong recommendation.
Cons
My room didn't have a huge amount of storage space, so I ended up buying a couple of storage bins to keep everything organized.
