Don't move here - Sani Group management ruined the building

Pros

Prior to the Sani Group buying the building, it was a great place to live. The super Irwin is truly the best, he's so on top of things, kind and helpful. He's the reason why it was lovely. It's a nice location.

Cons

When the new management bought the building, they jacked up rents to force people out, refused to negotiate, stopped updating and cleaning the building and refused to give deposits back to folks who had moved out with zero proof of damage. Complete scam.

Great experience, dark apartment

Pros

The trash situation is great. It’s in a separate locked room right outside the building. The super is awesome and very responsive. No bug or rodent issues

Cons

My apartment was very dark and got no natural light but that’s because our unit faced the back
