Easy rent payment across the street
Cons
Buzzer and intercom does not work for months at a time, so packages are bounced. Packages received often stolen. Mice and rodents everywhere. Dirty hallways.
Advice to the owners
Fix the intercom and get rid of the rodents,

Decent Building But Lots of Work Needed

Very spacious apartment
Cons
Very loud due to the tire shop downstairs Lots of issues with water. No hot water in shower, toilet did not flush properly, etc Mail often went missing
Advice to the owners
Entrance and stairs could be cleaner
