a true home

Pros

amazing neighbors and location! a true gem. as with all NYC apartments, it requires some TLC, but it's so worth it for the sweet energy in the building. quiet building, issues are handled quickly, and a beautiful place to call home.

Cons

some critters can be found in the summers! there's an exterminator each month, but you can still expect to see a few waterbugs in the summer.

Beautiful area but evil landlord

Pros

The area is beautiful and the building is as well. They just haven’t taken care of it in many years and it seems to be crumbling apart

Cons

Nearly everything - filthy hallways, cockroaches, bed bugs, rude management, building is falling apart

Advice to the owners

Stop taking advantage and being a slum lord
