Pros

Garbage is kept clean in the back, the building is relatively quiet compared to the street. Neighbors are respectful.

Cons

Building is old and falling apart. If they do fix something it takes a long time for them to respond and they use the cheapest products. They also illegally have taken a lot of apartments out of rent control. The building has a J-51 tax abatement and they are illegally raising rent and removing apartments from rent stabilization when all apartments are under rent stabilization due to the tax abatement. Some apartments have gone to court over this a few years ago.
