the workers here are so so so nice! they are extremely friendly and go above and beyond for whatever you need

you can't control your AC thermostat so it's basically a 120 degrees in may/june when they don't turn on the AC and still have the heat on.

convenient, clean place to live

friendly doormen, clean facilities (vacuumed the hallways, cleared the trash rooms regularly), fast maintenance responses, reasonable rent and small increases over a few years, convenient location right on the 33rd st station

Cons

saw some roaches in the basement laundry room in the summer, kind of unavoidable in the city
