Rent stabilized but for a price...

Pros

Its a quiet walk up in a safe neighborhood close to the 6 and Q trains and quaint historical restaurants and cafes

Cons

I've had a mice issue for the past 2 years that I've lived here. I live in a much older unit and they also refuse to turn the gas on so I have had to live without a working oven. Its kind of a nightmare but its safe and affordable for the area in my 1 bedroom that I managed to snag.

Advice to the owners

Listen to tenants, act quickly!

Pros

Units are renovated nicely.

Cons

Constant roach problem throughout my year living here. Had mice during my first few weeks but they went away.
