Cons
-Neighbors are ridiculously noisy; Management does not exact regulations for noise levels at night. -Trash in Sidewalks; often isn't cleaned up properly. -Marijuana Smoking from most 1st floor apartments; Smells up the lobby. -Children - there are lots...

Provide a stricter Noise Regulation for outside of the building. - limit number of people hanging outside the front of the building Clean Up the Trash
