Used to be a decent building
Pros
Standard building nothing special, super is nice though.
Cons
Noisy, roaches & mice, packages/mail stolen, and bad neighbors.

Landlords might have forgotten this place exists.
Pros
Essentially nothing. The trash is well taken care of.
Cons
Front door/key fob entry broken often, key fob also opens next building over and vice versa. Pests, bedbugs, roaches, mice. All hallways had no floors for 3+ years. Heat and water heaters go out on occasion with no word from management. Fire in the building over a year ago, management still has yet to repair unit.
Advice to the owners
If they even actually exist, come visit sometime and take a look around.
