Comfortable and quiet
Pros
I've lived here for about 3 years now. No complaints. Location is prime. Owner and super are responsible to issues. Quiet building, good friendly neighbors, trash doesn't pile up and is tended to quickly. No issues with pests.
Cons
Old building, had an issue with leaking in the bathroom from upstairs neighbor, but it was resolved quickly.
Advice to the owners
Would be nice to switch to electric payments.

Awesome spot on the UWS
Pros
Rent has gone up $100 each year which I don’t think is bad. Landlord is extremely responsive. Safe area close to subway.
Cons
No washer and dryer in building. Lots of trash outside.
