Crappy Landlords
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Quiet, smoke tree building
- Massive studios
- Stainless Steal Appliances
- Shared Backyard
Cons:
- Washer/Dryer broken most times
- Washer/Dryer doesn’t wash/dry well, hold a lot of clothes
- Heating not a good in the coldest of winters other than that bearable
- Slow to fix repairs
- Landlords aren’t professional
Advice to owner:
After living there for 5 years and never missing a rent payment, even paying a late fee when I got Carbon dioxide exposure (asked them to waive she said I was full of ish because I think I’m slick trying to get out of $100 and how come no one else go sick- this is with a full hospital report, they refused to fix a leak which later turned to mole after 5 days and me having to get an Airbnb and bee flu breaking my lease. They’re cheap and will several quotes or hope you move (they always give the 1st option of ending your lease- wouldn’t fixing the problem be easier)? I’ve come home to eviction notices on doors of building mates who have children. Isn’t there a more tactful way to do this? Say email or when she comes home? I think they’re both living there now and the Older one - Mrs. Bennet sometimes screams in the halls to visitors vs. talking through the bell. I’m sure they just painted over that leak and never fixed it. If you do anything to upgrade the building or your unit take pictures and keep in writing, they’ll get amnesia
