Marin management blows
Pros
The super is great. He is certainly getting screwed by Marin management, but he is accountable and hard-working and keeps the place clean at all times it’s not overrun by irresponsible construction.
Cons
Got forced out so Marin could hike up rents. Lied to on multiple occasions by Marin representatives. Never once met or got a return phone call from Justin Hollander, my purported landlord.
Advice to the owners
Find a soul

Great landlord, clean building
Pros
Building is well taken care of and clean, landlord is very responsive and doesn't just take the cheap/easy way out when it comes to repairs
