Very solid building, horrific management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amenities are great. Building is always clean. Joey (super) is pretty responsive. Easy to pay rent online.
Cons:
Units are kind of small, pricing can be very high. But the main thing is building management. Douglas elliman has a woman named Sharon Chadi manage the apartment building, and she is incompetence personified. She has an attitude, she is not responsive, rude and disrespectful.
Advice to owner:
Just make sure to be ready to be annoyed by Sharon

Gym is small, garage is expensive, washer and dryer are pretty crappy. Super is the best.

Disgusting Place to Live
Former Tenant
Pros:
There are no pro’s living here.
Cons:
This place is a disgusting shithole to live in. The superintendent is racist, and management in the building is as discriminatory as can be. Half of the building, despite it being “new,” has MAJOR leaking problems that management refuses to address as they are not yet swimming pools in the units. From not providing key fobs, to the bedrooms not having lights, to the garbage being cleaned once in a blue moon, to dryers in the units being absolute garbabe, this place is hell on earth. I would stay far away from this place if peace of mind is what you care about.
Advice to owner:
I advise you to come check out the building once to see how many cigarette breaks the superintendent takes throughout 30 minute block, while half of your building is a swimming pool that he refuses to fix. I advise you change management before half of this building collapses and the other half takes you to court for racism, discrimination and absolute shit show of a building.
