First time renting, good experience so far

Pros

Buildings in a great location, area feels safe and I've never had any packages stolen. Apartment's clean and I've not seen any pests, gets good light and not too much noise

Cons

Super hasn't always been quick to respond, I had an issue with an outlet not working that it took a while to get a response on.
