Not the best

Pros

Nice location, friendly neighborhood, laundry room is great. In building gym, key fob access

Cons

We caught 8 mice in our one year living here. The hallways were always grimy and smelled like cigarette smoke. The super has several huskies that he lets out in the back alley, they poop everywhere so the back alley is usually infested with flies. The walls were so thin, we could smell the incense our neighbor would light every day, and could hear kids running around in the unit above us.
