Space for overall improvement
Pros
Big units , newer than a pre-war building.
Cons
Hard to get improvements in the units when you are there longer. Noise between units
Advice to the owners
Keep maintaining the units

Terrible leasing management
Pros
Lots of space and light
Cons
Super is extremely unresponsive. Leasing management company is terrible and unresponsive. We lived in an apartment without a working fridge and with bed bugs for over 1 month and the leasing management still expected we pay rent. I had to get an attorney involved before either situation was remedied.
