Great location and renovated building

Pros

- Very good convenient location. Forest M stop is a block away and the building is right in the heart of Ridgewood close to lots of great restaurants, bars, cafes with several nearby grocery stores. - Renovated building with roof access

Cons

- Central air conditioning very strong in some rooms and very weak in others. Separately controllable cooling units per bedroom would have been better. - Located on a busy bus route, so can be noisy on the street side of the building and difficult to park on the street

It’s pretty good

Pros

Location is great! There is a “gym” in the basement and one communal pay washer and dryer. There is central heating and cooling.

Cons

Management isn’t very responsive. You have to email them a few times to get them to fix things. One of the treadmills in the basement “gym” has been broken for about a year now. (The gym is comprised of 2 treadmills, and some weights.)

Advice to the owners

Perhaps hire an additional repairman to help with the load and increase responsiveness.
