Disappointing experience

Pros

Modern building, Green building, Gym

Cons

Brokers and landlords are not being upfront about the vibration issues caused by the 14th street subway which runs right under the building. The apartment I lived in constantly vibrated every time the subway ran (approx. every 15 minutes). The first few months living there literally brought me to insanity. I tried everything (noise machines, earplugs, etc) and nothing worked. When you pay over $9500/month+ to live in a building, this is the last thing you would expect.

Advice to the owners

Be upfront about the subway noise and vibrations.
