comfortable place to call home
Pros
I really enjoyed my stay at this location. The room was comfortable and well-kept, with everything I needed for daily living. The building felt safe and welcoming, and the neighborhood had a great mix of convenience and charm. Getting around Brooklyn and NYC was easy thanks to nearby transit options. Overall, it was a pleasant and reliable place to live.

Bad management and deteriorating quickly
Pros
Good location with a bar downstairs. The building has a rooftop.
Cons
Bad management. Broken AC in the summer, hot water shortage in the winter. The building door lock has not been working for months and no one care to fix it
