Good at blocking noise from other units, large living space, great location, semi responsive super

Cons

I’m having major cockroach and bug issues and the management has been treating my apartment with pest control for months but the bugs aren’t going away. They won’t let me move out even though it is unlivable with the roaches. trash room is very scary and has cockroaches in it
