Bad management, inadequate services such as trash piles up frequently, key fobs stop working often resulting in you being locked out for hours from your own apartment, crumbling infrastructure/ structure such as ceilings and walls crumbling, no insulation resulting in very high utility bills, and illegally raising rent to levels not following city laws
