Great building, enjoyed living there
Pros
Appreciated how quiet the building was, easy to get problems solved.
Cons
The door was always slightly too small for the frame, so whenever people would shut doors, it would rattle. I just fixed it by temporarily placing towels there.

Good buidling poor management and amenities
Pros
Great location and apartments are nice.
Cons
Lower floors can have rodents. Doormen don’t open doors and are lazy. Super isn’t great either. Gym isn’t cleaned or maintained.
