Spacious units, close to transit, good neighbors
23rd street can be very noisy
Appreciated how quiet the building was, easy to get problems solved.
The door was always slightly too small for the frame, so whenever people would shut doors, it would rattle. I just fixed it by temporarily placing towels there.
