Good Building, noisy

Pros

- convenient location - spacious - lots of closet space - clean building - decent street parking on this block

Cons

- Backs up to Katch Astoria (if in a rear apt lots of weekend noise). Update: As of Dec 2025 this has improved. - Outdated light fixtures, cabinets, appliances - Heat and how water not included in rent

Soundproof glass for rear apartments.

Great apartment great neighborhood

Pros

Building is well maintained, garage in the basement and a small laundry room. Super is very nice and fast. Landlord also very nice and responds quickly.

Cons

Our apartment is right above the garage so the garage door noise comes through here and there. Not really a con to us we’ve gotten used to it.
