Great location, management, and price
Former Tenant
Pros:
The live-in super is wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. A major pro of living here. Location is amazing. Close to a lot of stuff in Astoria for a very good price. In spite of being close to the train (Amtrak), it's surprisingly not too loud in that regard.
Cons:
This could be a ConEd thing more than this specific building, but gas and electric bills can be high. I put window treatments up in winter and that helped.

Great building in good location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very clean building. Management and Maintenance were extremely responsive
Cons:
I had no complaints. Moved because of work relocation
Advice to owner:
Keep the super and maintenance people on staff. They are great

Pretty good for the most part!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management is pretty responsive and return emails within a couple of days. You control your own heat. Apartment is in pretty good shape. It is close to Ditmars, a very lively street with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Safe neighborhood.
Cons:
The neighborhood is VERY noisy with drag racing occurring quite frequently. Also, the walls are a bit thin so you’re likely to hear the neighbors below or above you.

Former Tenant
Pros:
Supers wife is great. Very helpful
Always a smile and keeping building in good shape!
Cons:
Thin ceilings. You can hear every footstep
Inconsiderate neighbors
Building says no pets but everyone has a pet
No parking/bike room/ not much of a roof top.
Advice to owner:
Amenities Amenities Amenities.
