nice building ok
Pros
big windows in bedrooms, pretty quiet at the back, management was decently quick to respond
Cons
sometimes garbage got a bit out of hand up front, new neighbors once we were leaving were a bit loud, no windows in living room for three beds, big rent hikes post covid
Advice to the owners
don’t raise rent so much

surrounding neighborhood is pretty good
Cons
Mice and cockroaches constantly. Landlords are rude and will try to scam you. Save yourself the hassle and rent literally anywhere else.
