-Frequent pests in units, including roaches and mice - Other insects in units such as wasps, large flies, daddy longlegs, spiders - Shower water temperature is inconsistent, often either scalding hot or freezing cold - Elevator frequently out of service - Elevator cleanliness issues (such as urine and other unsanitary conditions) - Intermittent sewage odors entering apartment - Dirty refuse rooms on each floor - Refuse rooms are small compared to the number of units they serve

Has elevator which is nice
Cons
Constantly smells, trashrooms attract bugs, elevator often breaks, have seen rats, and water pressure and temperature are very inconsistent
