Co-op Apt 1J -Owner Sandy Yung
Former Tenant
Pros:
Really clean Building
Cons:
The co-op owner of this apt 1J has her mentally challenged daughter living in this building. The 40yr old is pretty invasive and mirrors every action. The buildings dryers have been un commissioned for 6 months now.
Advice to owner:
You should really tell tenants about your daughters mental issues instead of having them to figure it out. It’s living with a 40 yr teenager.
