- Extremely spacious - Separate living room, dining room, kitchen, in-unit laundry room - Each room is also spacious - Great lighting in the bedrooms - Strong central AC - 2 blocks from train - Great nightlife and restaurants around

Cons

- Train is loud because it’s close by - Street can be loud - Doors are creaky - Owners can be irresponsive - Close to JMZ but far from other trains

Feel like it needs some work

Pros

Prime location to the train. Ac and heat worked well.

Cons

Feel like some tenants or people off the street would catch the door and abuse the roof leaving trash behind. Missing packages was always annoying too.
